Ann
McNally, Principal
Ann McNally's
experience includes 15 years in executive leadership for financial
and accounting operations for First USA and First Card, both units
of Bank One and its predecessors. While at this major credit card
issuer, Ms. McNally created a number of automated financial planning
and forecasting systems. In developing a strong and effective relationship
with operations management, she enabled her peers and their subordinates
to become financially savvy. While a member of the credit card senior
management team, she:
- Integrated
the rollout of the expanded remittance processing operation, including
the establishment of an additional processing center, focusing
on financial and regulatory requirements and the establishment
of the operation budget of $50 Million.

the financial planning process to manage the $80 Million expense
budget for credit application processing, card issuance, statement
billing, payment processing, customer service and collections
in two different locations.
- Led the analysis
for conversion of operations to an outsourcing vendor as part
of the merger between First Card and First USA.
Ms. McNally
has also worked in the consumer foods industry, technical services,
and at capital goods manufacturing companies. Throughout her career,
she has become very knowledgeable in consumer marketing, manufacturing
operations, and fulfillment of business services, not only from
a technical perspective, but more broadly from a strategic perspective
as well, having been with these firms when they was at their market
and technical peak. Some of her achievements include:
- Corporate
reporting to General Foods Board of Directors and shareholders
prior to being acquired by Philip Morris on cash flow, acquisitions,
divestitures, capital budgeting and international operations.
- Established
a systematic financing strategy which lead to the creation of
new financing sources for CDI Corporation
- Designed
and developed compilers and utilities for Eastman Kodak, Xerox
and Unisys.
Ann helps her
clients, who are usually small and medium-sized businesses, to shape
their financial strategy and guide them as they put in place the
systems that will realize their goals. She seeks most of all for
her clients to have a strong sense of ownership of the solutions
that she helps them deliver. She achieves this by having her clients
play an active role in developing their own answers that they fully
believe in, understand and implement successfully the results.
