Trudy Heller, Ph.D. - Senior Consultant

Trudy Heller holds a Ph.D. in Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. in Organizational Development from Temple University. She has served on the faculties of The Wharton School, New Jersey Institute of Technology, and Drexel University.

Dr. Heller has conducted a number of Organizational Consulting Engagements for Clients such as the O&O Investment Fund, Defense Industrial Supply Center, Stone & Webster Engineers, and the Sun Company. She has prepared numerous studies related to Organization and Management, and has presented the information at Industry Conferences including the Academy of Management; Greening of Industry Network; International Group Relations Symposium; and, Western Academy of Management.

Dr. Heller has 16 years of experience and expertise in:

· New product development
· Organizational assessment and diagnosis
· Qualitative data collection, analysis and reporting
· Strategic planning and thinking

In addition to assisting Companies in a Consulting capacity, Dr. Heller’s graduate teaching has received rave reviews from students working in such corporations as ATT, Bell Atlantic, PSE&G, Lockheed-Martin, Hazen & Sawyer Environmental Engineers, and the United Nations.

Dr. Heller’s publications encompass the areas of Organizational Development & Change, Product Development Process, Corporate Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Leadership, Succession, Authority, and Management Styles.  Her articles on new product development have been published in Organization Science, Entrepreneurship: Theory and Practice, and IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management.

Dr. Heller is a member of the Academy of Management, Strategic Management Society, A.K. Rice Institute, and was a founding member of the Philadelphia Center for Organizational Dynamics.
