Ellen Berenholz - Principal

Ellen Berenholz is a principal of M. Arthur Consulting Group. Her experience includes 15 years in executive leadership responsibilities in apparel design, development and manufacturing for Lansdale Mfg., Inc. and six years helping small companies develop an Internet presence.

Ms. Berenholz developed new product and marketing strategies for Lansdale manufacturing, a private label design and manufacturing business. She increased sales, customers and the company's capabilities. She was instrumental in converting this 'mom and pop' business to a robust, modern organization. Among the many aspects of her accomplishment she:

• Developed the Company's identity
• Shaped the Company's vision and mission
• Upgraded systems and technology in product development and manufacturing
• Developed organizational structures at each phase of the company's growth
• Staffed, developed hiring procedures, benefits, and a fully functioning Human Resource dept.
• Opened offices in 4 locations
• Was hands-on in design, product development, and sales.

Ellen currently works primarily with small businesses to shape Internet strategies and carry them through to completion.
