Carl Shaffer has a B.S. in Engineering from Chicago Technical College and an M.S. in Business Administration from Columbia Pacific University. He has been employed by Comcast, Conectiv, Illinois Power, Houston Light and Power, General Public Utilities, and Gilbert Associates.

Gary Somma- Principal

Gary Somma has over 30 years of experience, including:

Gary Somma received his B.S. in Business from LaSalle University, His MBA from Wharton, and holds an M.S. in Education from the University of Pennsylvania. He has been employed by a suburban school board as Asst Board Secretary/Business Manager, and by General Electric in manufacturing management and project management. He was VP of Membership of the Delaware Valley Chapter of The Project Management Institute, and is a member of the National Defense Industrial Association, and the Organizational Development Network.

Paul Field - Principal
Business Management Practice - Marketing

Paul has over 20 years marketing and communications experience. He started his career at Young & Rubicam, New York. Paul worked on the client side at Avon Products in New York and worked for Grey Advertising, New York and managed their Washington office. Since 1984, he has been at RM&D, Baltimore. Areas of specialty include:

  • Strategic and tactical plans and strategies using a wide range of market research
  • Directing the execution, presentation and placement of advertising , public relations, direct response, etc.
  • Preparing and presenting formal presentations on marketing issues nationwide.

Paul is a graduate of Yale University, where he received the Pan American Airways scholarship. He has completed graduate marketing studies at Trinity College and is currently a graduate degree candidate at Loyola College. He was a US Marine infantry officer and is a Vietnam veteran.


Richard Tait, Ph.D. - Principal

Dr. Tait has 30 years experience and was a founding member of DuPont’s Center for Creativity and Innovation. He has expertise in:

Ellen Berenholz - Principal

Ms. Berenholz is a Principal of M. Arthur Consulting Group. She has twenty years of business experience. Her primary areas of focus include:

Ellen took her family's apparel business from under $3m to over $20m of revenue. She brings the perspective of a company president, and an entrepreneurial spirit to all her work.She founded South Side Jewelry, was President and CEO of Lansdale Manufacturing Inc. and currently sits on the boards of the Norristown Arts Building andPagus Gallery .

Robert D. Mease - Principal

William P. Creamer Principal

Trudy Heller - Senior Consultant

Ms. Heller has over 25 years experience consulting and teaching Organizational and Leadership topics at The Wharton School, New Jersey Institute of Technology, and Drexel University. She has taught seminars on the following topics:

Dr. Heller is a member of the Academy of Management, Strategic Management Society, A.K. Rice Institute, and was a founding member of the Philadelphia Center for Organizational Dynamics.
