When you make presentations to professional groups such as your bank, CPA, or major customers, you want it to be outstanding. This seminar will give immediate take-home value for these presentations and in writing reports, proposals, and letters. You'll also be coached to enhance your presentation skills.

According to USA Today, "14% of each 40-hour workweek is wasted because of poor communications between staff and management. This is 7 wasted workweeks per year."

We'll concentrate on managing communications within an organization from an individual perspective and organizational viewpoint.

We'll examine the principals of good written communication and apply them to "templates" for letters of good news, bad news, and persuasion. We have tips and techniques to get words flowing freely with a lot less effort and aggravation than often experienced. You'll learn how to organize your ideas and get words down on paper quickly. Not only will you find it easier to write, you'll also cut your writing time by 30-40%.

Learn to speak with composure and confidence. We'll help you unearth self-defeating attitudes and replace them with positive expectations. You'll get tips to help you deal with trembling hands and other nervous symptoms. You'll leave this seminar with the tools and confidence to step up to any speaking challenge.
